In this role you will inspire, guide and help others live a healthy lifestyle by encouraging their involvement in our top-notch programs. You will foster and promote a customized member experience by utilizing your passion for wellness. You will use your internal drive for success to meet monthly retention goals, while displaying a positive, friendly, and natural ability to assist others, leaving a lasting impression on current Y members. While actively participating in the ongoing service of our members, you will also: - Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to current members;
- Inspire Low Users to recommit to visiting the facility on a regular basis
- Manage Daxko Engage Initiatives, including our automated onboard process;
- Conduct Termination interviews
- Actively Seek to engage members in volunteer efforts
- Actively seek to get members involved in additional programming
- Achieve monthly retention goals through persistent and enthusiastic outreach
- Initiate, develop and grow relationships with current members;
- Inspire others to live a healthy lifestyle;
- Collaborate with Branch leadership to ensure effective onboarding and strong retention of members; - Attend weekly membership meetings to align with retention strategies
- Predict member needs through ongoing communication
