Minimum 1-3 years of demonstrated successful sales experience. Demonstrated experience meeting and exceeding goals in performance based culture.

In this role you will inspire, guide and help others live a healthy lifestyle by encouraging their involvement in our top-notch programs. You will foster and promote a consultative, interactive tour process by utilizing your passion for wellness. You will use your internal drive for success to meet daily and monthly sales and retention goals, while displaying a positive, friendly, and natural ability to assist others, leaving a lasting impression on current and potential Y members. While actively participating in the ongoing service of our members, you will also: - Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to new members;
- Customize the tour experience by encouraging engagement with our people, programs, and members, aligning with the unique needs, interests and goals of each prospective member; - Recruit new members through outbound calling and lead generation;
- Leverage new and existing relationships to maximize member referrals;
- Attend weekly membership meetings to align with aquisition and retention strategies;
- Lead prospective member follow up, including tracking all membership inquiries via phone call, email, tour or guest visit; - Secure one new corporate partner per month;
- Develop relationships with local businesses, chambers and schools to engage in grassroots marketing initiatives such as attending community events and health fairs; - Handle incoming calls from prospective members
