Personal Training

Personal training is an individualized one-on-one program with a certified personal trainer that is directed to assist you in achieving and maintaining a desired fitness level through strength training, cardiovascular conditioning and weight management.

Parent Accompaniment

Family participation is encouraged!  Children ages 12-14 may use the cardiovascular equipment with a guardian present.  The parent/guardian must remain side-by-side with the child/children for the duration of their workout.  Children under the age of 15 are not permitted in the circuit training or free weight area.
