Fitness Game Changer
At the Joshua YMCA, we’ve designed a program that will help you reach your transformation goals. Our step-by-step program provides constant feedback and accountability that helps you turn fitness into a lifestyle. With the Fitness Game Changer, you’ll receive:
- A customized nutrition plan from our Nutritionist
- A daily food and nutrition log
- An accountability meeting with a Personal Coach
- Weekly Accountability and check-in calls from a Personal Coach
- 12 group workouts per month
Joshua YMCA boot camps are where you’ll find challenging high energy workouts designed to help you maximize your potential through full body workouts.
Hard-hitting cardio intervals, intense strength and bodyweight exercises are fused together for this challenging workout. This program is guaranteed to leave you feeling accomplished, strong and powerful!
Sessions run monthly at 6am, Monday/Tuesday/Thursday & 6pm Monday/Thursday, 9am Saturday.
Youth & Teens
At the YMCA, we offer many opportunities for you to reach your wellness goals, feel your best and enrich your life. Group exercise classes, personal training, FitStart and MobileFit are just a few of the ways the YMCA can help you improve your health and wellbeing.
Tweens & Teens Fitness Orientation
Set an appointment with one of friendly and professional Wellness Coaches. Each 30 minute appointment includes information about nutrition, gym etiquette, proper use of all cardio and strength equipment. Our curriculum is age appropriate and safe. We then provide a badge for your children to wear during their exercise to show they have taken the orientation.
To keep your children safe we require all children from 10 years old to 13 years old to go through this orientation before they are allowed to work out on the fitness floor. All children need to be accompanied by an adult in the building.
