Remember that these are active rest days.  Fuel your recovery by staying on top of your cardio and nutrition.  You can also use these days to get ready for next week.  Clayton recommends preparing your food for next week all at once, then refrigerating or freezing it.  This way, you’ll never be caught off guard with an excuse for not staying on plan.
