After turning past the halfway point, it’s time to take these workouts to the next level. All of the conditioning you’ve done over the last two weeks has prepared you for the rest of the way. Today will really challenge your conditioning as you move from spin bike, to treadmill, to rower, finishing off with 3 exercises that will test your strength over extended periods. Be sure to move quickly from exercise to exercise in order to keep your heart rate up. Today is all about intensity, so keep it up!
