Y Warrior Challenge

Today starts the beginning of the last week of the 4 Week Warrior Challenge, and this week promises to be the most challenging yet.  Be sure to pair these workouts with proper nutrition and hydration.

Today’s workout starts out with a 10 minute row, followed by a circuit completed three times.  Be sure to remember that with the weighted bag clean and carry, you can remove sand bags to lighten the bag.  As always, when doing kettlebell swings, be sure to keep your back straight.
