Calling all active older adults! Come visit us for our monthly Senior Social. Join us from 11:00-12:00pm on the last Wednesday of each month for fun, friends and fellowship.
- Come early to participate in the Silver Sneakers Class
- Meet new friends! Open to the public, tell a friend!
- Refreshments, light snacks and educational tips.

LIVESTRONG at the YMCA
LIVESTRONG at the YMCA, a program for cancer survivors and those currently undergoing treatment, focuses on you- the whole person- not the disease. The free 12-week program meets twice a week for 60 minutes, using traditional exercise methods to ease you back into fitness and help you maintain a healthy weight. You’ll also learn about wellness, stress reduction and how to continue healthy habits after the program has ended. We encourage a warm spirit of community and provide a place for you to build friendships with others affected by cancer and an opportunity to share stories and inspiration.

Specially designed group exercise classes can help senior adults gain flexibility, strength and mobility, while enjoying the camaraderie of a group.
The Silver Sneakers program is designed to increase strength, flexibility and endurance for senior adults – both those enrolled in Silver Sneakers through their insurance plans and YMCA members.
A Vinyasa flow (movement linked with breath) style of class that uses a chair instead of a mat. Participants are never asked to go all the way to the floor, however still enjoy a muscular and cardio challenge. The class may also be modified so that participants can perform the poses in a seated position.
Ditch the workout, join the party! A combination of Latin and International dances such as Salsa, Merengue, Cumbia, Mambo and Samba among others that are not only FUN but exhilarating! The dance themes create a dynamic, exciting and effective workout that’s easy to follow. The routines are presented at a slower rate than a traditional Zumba class, so the class is perfect for Active Older Adults or those who are new to Zumba!
