4 Week Y Warrior Challenge Day 11

 

 

 

Beginning Week 3 of the Y Warrior Challenge, we’ll really hammer legs.  Mondays are usually the days that we have the most energy after resting up over the weekend, so it makes Monday a great day to train legs.  Remember, targeting legs means training half of the body, so be sure to stay hydrated.
