4 Week Y Warrior Challenge Day 14

For today’s workout, each of the exercises is done to absolute failure, meaning you couldn’t do another one if you wanted to.  Push yourself to get that last rep, and leave nothing on the table.  You’ll complete this process three times, following the exercises in order.  This full body workout is sure to leave you sore, so be sure to stretch properly after your workout, and drink plenty of water today to aid in your recovery.
