4 Week Y Warrior Challenge Day 2


Day 2 of the 4 Week Y Warrior Challenge is here.  You may be feeling a little sore after yesterday’s workout, but that’s normal if these exercises are usually part of your normal routine.  Stick with it and wear the soreness like a badge of honor!
