4 Week Y Warrior Challenge Day 7

Day 7 of the 4 Week Warrior Challenge is here.  The key to this workout is to move quickly between exercises in order to keep your heart rate up and the blood pumping.  You’ll do three rounds of the exercises in a circuit style workout.  Be sure to adequately warm up before you begin to prepare your knees and move blood to your muscles.
