Functional training is a great way to change up your daily routine. Any of these workouts can be used as an active rest workout, or as cardio following a weight workout.

Today’s workout incorporates tire flips. You’ll slam the med ball 3 times before throwing it into the tire. Then flip the tire and start again. Be sure to maintain a high intensity throughout the workout to keep that hear rate up.
