The Amon G. Carter, Jr. Downtown YMCA is a resource for adults to enhance their total health and well being. The Downtown YMCA provides programs and opportunities for adults to learn, volunteer and build strong communities in their own neighborhood. From family nights or noon-time potlucks, to training clubs for triathlons, the YMCA offers many opportunities for members to interact in meetings or social events. Personal Training is one-on-one sessions with a personal trainer. During these sessions, the trainer will assist you to achieve your goals. Sessions can focus on strength training, cardiovascular training, yoga, Pilates & much more.

Y-Warrior

Taught by our nationally certified instructors, Y Warrior is an indoor/outdoor boot camp specifically programmed to develop power, strength and endurance for all fitness levels. Using the best equipment and training protocols, expect to be challenged and pushed to achieve a better you.
