Don’t forget to stay on top of your hydration! As the workouts become more intense, and the cardio gets longer, you’ll lose more and more fluid. Make sure you aren’t losing more that you take in over the course of a day. This aids in recovery, metabolism, and energy levels.
Today you’ll be doing a circuit on the abs portion of the workout. This means you’ll do each exercise, one right after the other, before going on to another set.
Cardio: 40 minutes. Try to do all of your cardio on the stair climber, but if you need to break it up and you another piece, just make sure that your heart rate stays between 65-70% of your max heart rate.
