Some days you’ll have it, and some days you won’t. Grind through the days where you feel like you lack energy, and keep that end goal in mind. With the amount of cardio we are up to, you cannot go through these workouts if you are not properly hydrated. Keep the water flowing during your weight workouts, and continue during the rest of the day to prepare for tomorrow.
Cardio: 55 minutes. Try to do all of your cardio on the stair climber, but if you need to break it up and you another piece, just make sure that your heart rate stays between 65-70% of your max heart rate.
