The Northwest YMCA currently does not have any adult sports programs, but check out the Downtown YMCA for some noon-time adult basketball!

Personal Training

During a scheduled one-on-one paid appointment, your personal trainer creates an individualized workout plan. Personal training is an effective way to become consistent with a custom designed exercise program. Our trainers have the capability to deal with special populations and conditions. You will receive a Free Fitness Assessment before starting. All trainers are certified or have a degree. Each session is one hour in length.

$50 per Session

$270 Package of 6 Sessions ($45 per session)

$480 Package of 12 Sessions ($40 per session)
