Whatever your fitness level, you’ll get a great exercises in our Small Group Training (SGT) workouts. Be challenged to increase all four pillars of your fitness: cardiovascular, power, strength and endurance in a fun and supportive small group TEAM environment. Class sizes are generally limited to 5 people and your coach and teammates will encourage you through each workout.
