Please use N/A in the box; many questions require an answer so leaving them blank will not work. Some dates, phone numbers and zip codes don’t like N/A, in that case, please use today’s date in the correct format mm/dd/yyyy, use your phone number for the number to call, and 00000 for the zip code.

Those are voluntary questions but you have to click the box “prefer not to answer”. Not choosing an answer will create an error and not let you submit the application.

Once you have completed your application, you will receive a confirmation email that it has been received and is in review by the HR team. If you are deemed a qualified candidate, your application will be forwarded to the hiring manager who will determine if your qualifications, availability, and experiences meet the needs of their specific role. If they select you to move forward, you will be contacted to schedule an interview. The first interview is usually a screening interview conducted by phone or virtually through Microsoft Teams.
