YMCA Motus Fit is an innovative mobile fitness experience launching to the public in February 2024. We bring a fully equipped mobile gym led by nationally certified trainers directly to neighborhoods, schools, organizations, and more. Classes are setup for people of all ages, fitness, and ability levels. Contact us for details on scheduling the truck, individual workouts and travel schedule.

We encourage everyone to pre-register for classes, however, our YMCA Motus Fit Leader can register you prior to the start of class on-site.

No! Everyone is welcome to participate in YMCA Motus Fit classes.

YMCA Motus Fit comes fully loaded with equipment, so all you need is a water bottle, towel, and yoga mat to get started!
