I keep getting an error message for questions that require dates.
You will need to use the format mm/dd/yyyy for every date, no other combination will work.
I’ve never lived in a different house(or other questions that don’t apply to me).
Please use N/A in the box; many questions require an answer so leaving them blank will not work. Use N/A.
I’ve never had a job before, how do I complete the employment section.
You only need to complete employment-employer 1 section. Use N/A for questions you can’t answer. Some dates, phone numbers and zip codes don’t like N/A, in that case, please use today’s date in the correct format mm/dd/yyyy, use your phone number for the number to call, and 00000 for the zip code.
I’m getting errors for my employment dates.
Make sure you’re using “from” as the earliest date and “to” as the most recent. Use today’s date if you’re currently employed.
I can’t get past the code of ethics page.
Make sure you’ve checked the box and used today’s date in the correct format mm/dd/yyyy.
I’m having issues with the questions regarding child care.
All these questions are required to be answered, please do not use N/A.
I don’t have any special skills but it won’t let me move on without them.

Those are voluntary questions but you have to click the box “prefer not to answer”. Not choosing an answer will create an error and not let you submit the application.
