Frequently Asked Questions

We promote a friendly and inclusive environment. Our staff is trained to encourage positive interactions among campers, and we monitor group dynamics to ensure everyone feels comfortable and engaged. Campers are grouped by age and grade.

We will be engaging in a lot of activities at day camps, all youth are encouraged to wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that you don’t mind getting dirty. A reusable water bottle and backpack with a change of clothes is recommended. Please leave all electronics and cell phones at home. If there is an emergency, site staff will call you.

We have a behavior management system in place to address any issues that might occur. Our approach is focused on positive reinforcement and open communication. If a camper poses harm to themselves or others, we may need to excuse them from the program. If this occurs, no refunds are available.

Photo release forms are built into every registration form. We use photos on our social channels and in marketing and promotion of the program. We also share on parent portals. Photos will only appear on approved channels owned/operated by the organization.
