Youth Soccer

    Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetitions, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 540 calories*. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques and offer encouragement to the beat of music! Appropriate for children 13 and older.

  • SilverSneakers BOOM Move

    A higher intensity dance workout class that improves cardio endurance and burns calories. MOVE is all about breaking a sweat and having fun. The class focuses on cardio endurance by starting with simple dance moves then building into more complex sequences, bringing you a great cardio workout.
