Pilates : Pilates develops a longer, leaner, stronger and more graceful body by improving muscular symmetry, alignment, posture, core-strength and flexibility. All levels welcome. A continuous sequence of poses that 'flow' from one to another with an inhale or exhale resulting in a fluid, lyrical class.
