A 55-minute BODYPUMP workout features ten tracks, each focusing on a different muscle group. While instructors will often mix and match the tracks, you can always expect to do a good dose of squats, deadlifts, clean and presses, lunges and bicep curls. And, more often than not you’ll find push ups, chest presses, overhead presses and crunches are part of the mix too.

Who doesn't want to be a workout warrior? Y Warrior is a boot camp style work out provided by high quality experienced trainers. Your trainer will guide you through out of the box yet proven methods for developing strength and conditioning. We use a variety of equipment to include: barbells, dumbbells, sandbags, kettle bells, suspension trainers, tires, and battle ropes.
