Join us for a full body workout in half the time! You will use a variety of equipment to get the best cardio, strength and core workout!

In this class we will perform 30 minutes of low impact exercises with Tabata timing finishing with core work and stretching. (Tabata timing: 20 seconds of work then 10 seconds of rest) Class is suitable for beginner to advanced, various intensities will be demonstrated. This class will be outdoors with social distancing! Please bring your own mat or beach towel, plenty of water, sweat towel & your smile!

Description:This total body workout is a fusion of ballet barre exercises, Pilates core work, yoga flexibility and resistance training that will sculpt, stretch and tone major muscle groups. Class may include balls, bands or dumbbells. No dance experience needed.
