Youth Soccer

Be goal oriented! We believe all kids have great potential – that’s why the Y gives them the opportunity to shine on and off the field in our youth sports programs, like soccer. Beyond learning more about the game, participants will gain something even more valuable: learning how to work as a team while building their self-confidence and self-worth.

Learn More

Youth Volleyball

Got game? Hit the courts with the ones who invented the game – the Y! Children will have the opportunity to learn the basic volleyball fundamentals such as serving, setting, hitting and digging. But more importantly, they’ll learn the values of good sportsmanship, teamwork, goal setting and skill development in a fun, esteem-promoting atmosphere.

Personal Training

We believe that everyone can reach their goals. Sure, it might take a couple months or even a couple years, but no matter how long it takes, we will be on your side through it all. We are always advocating for you, and we want to help you with the journey toward reaching your goal. But we also want to help you advocate for yourself. This is where our training program comes into action.

Youth Baseball

Slide into fun with baseball at the Y! Your child will learn baseball fundamentals, nurture their skills and feel the support of our volunteer coaches and a team. At the same time, they’ll learn teamwork, sportsmanship and what it takes to be a leader in sports and in life. Youth baseball provides a fun, positive experience for kids who want to enjoy the game.

Before & After School Enrichment

The Y’s before and after school program provides safe spaces for children to feel accomplished, build new friendships and develop a sense of belonging through sports and homework help.
