Your trainer will guide you through out of the box yet proven methods for developing strength and conditioning. We use a variety of equipment to include: barbells, dumbbells, sandbags, kettle bells, suspension trainers, tires, and battle ropes.

The ultimate core muscle training. Based on the Pilates method, this class is designed to strengthen abs and lower back in a nontraditional way to make the body stronger and leaner. Natural body resistance and control are the main focus in this mind/body workout.

Designed to increase muscle strength, range of movement and improve activities for daily living. A chair is used for seated exercises and standing support and class can be modified depending on fitness levels.
