Y Playhouse:

  • Monday – Saturday: 8:00 A.M. – 11:30 A.M.
  • Monday – Thursday: 5:00 P.M. – 8:00 P.M.

Swim Team

Our YMCA swim team is a select, year-round competitive swim team offering certified coaching and technique instruction for youth at a certain skill level. The goal of swim team is to provide your child an opportunity to improve swimming skills in an instructional and motivational environment.

The Y offers private swim lesson instruction for all ages. Private lessons are a great way to tailor instruction to an individual’s specific needs. Whether you are a beginner wanting to become more comfortable in the water or an avid swimmer wanting to work on stroke development, we can structure a lesson for you.

    Description:Water aerobics is a form of aerobic exercise that requires water-immersed participants. Most water aerobics is in a group fitness class setting with a trained professional teaching for about an hour. The classes focus on aerobic endurance, resistance training, and creating an enjoyable atmosphere with music.
