Chair Yoga is designed for our Active Older Adults or anyone with a disability or limitations due to illness or injury. This is a very gentle form of Hatha Yoga. Everyone performs the exercises at their own pace while sitting on a chair for support. These exercises are very beneficial and give a range of motion from your head to your toes. For everyone’s fitness level whether you are a beginner or a more experienced participant. You can do it!

Who doesn't want to be a workout warrior? Y Warrior is a boot camp style work out provided by high quality experienced trainers. Your trainer will guide you through out of the box yet proven methods for developing strength and conditioning. We use a variety of equipment to include: barbells, dumbbells, sandbags, kettle bells, suspension trainers, tires, and battle ropes.
